During my stay, I faced significant noise issues from the trams that passed right outside my window, making it difficult to sleep. The ventilation in the bathroom was poor, and there was a noticeable musty smell that lingered throughout my stay. Additionally, the cleaning standards were not up to par, as I noticed dirt in the corners and surfaces that had not been wiped down properly.

On a less positive note, the shared kitchen could benefit from better organization, and noise from the street was sometimes disruptive at night. Additionally, while the room had a nice view, the need for clearer cleaning schedules was apparent.

I stayed in the Double Room with Kitchenette for 2 nights. The air-conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days! Room was clean, and the kitchenette was handy, but the walls were pretty thin, so I could hear a lot from other rooms. The tram noise was also noticeable when trying to relax. The location was spot on for exploring Lisbon though, with Tram 28 stopping right outside.
